Sir, I am a Tikona broadband network user. My user id- **********. I have registered for account termination on * March ****.
My request id- *-**********, *-**********,*-**********(appellate authority request id)
Since then I have been continuously calling and mailing Tikona customer care service but , nobody is processing my request. It has been ** days now, there is no confirmation from tikona when my account will be permanently terminated. I have been requesting customer care executive to send some engineer to pick up their device, they have installed on my roof top. But knowingly they are ignoring my request so that they can demand ****₹ in terms of fine for not submitting their device. They are intentionally not disconnecting the connection of customers so that they can loot them for the service are not even using.
It's purely cheap and unprofessional service that nobody expects from an ISP like Tikona. They are giving a nightmare experience to the customers who requested for service disconnecion.
My reason of disconnection is that I am leaving my current location permanently and I am not interested to use their service in future. But they are forcing me to keep their connection and internationally not disconnecting my connection and terminate my account which is completely unethical.
They are continuously cheating and harassing me and I have the proof of all the mails and voice clips my conversation with their customer care authorities. They always promise me to resolve my issue within next ** hours. It's been ** days now. God knows how many days I have to wait just for a simple disconnection.I have been requesting them since * March ****.Now I have to leave my current location by * April **** .So I want to complete my account termination process within the above stated date.
Please do the needful.
