Complaint Title: Total Account Loss Due to Hacking and Complete Inaction by Garena Free Fire Support and Nodal OfficerCompany Name: Garena Free Fire IndiaComplaint Details:I am filing this complaint against Garena Free Fire for gross negligence and failure to protect consumer data. My Free Fire game account was hacked, and the hacker unauthorizedly changed my securely bound email address.

Immediately after the hack, I reached out to Garena Support with proof of ownership. Receiving no help, I escalated the issue directly to the Garena Nodal Officer. I received zero response or acknowledgment from the Nodal Officer.Garena’s support system completely failed during the critical window. If the Nodal Officer or support team had taken timely action to freeze the account or verify my identity, I could have safely recovered it. Due to their total inaction, I have permanently lost my account, along with years of progress and significant financial investment made through in-game purchases.Damages Claimed: Restitution of the hacked account or a full refund of all verified in-game financial transactions.
