I opened my account today afternoon and saw all my money (rs. ****) from the wallet is gone. I opened the transactions history and found that the money was withdrawn yesterday evening to an unknown bank account. I did not place any withdrawal request nor the bank account in question is mine. I tried twice to talk to the customer support but they abruptly ended my chat. I need my money back as I did not made any withdrawal request.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
