NOW ITS DEPENDS IF PERSON CANT OPEN SHOP AFTER TAKING CERTIFICATE WHAT DOES IT MEAN THEIR **K IS GONE IT WILL BE WASTE
THIS IS NOT DOING FOR THE PUBLIC IT'S FOR SELF EARNING SO PLEASE YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT TO DE ACTIVATE ACCOUNT IF YOU HAVE GIVEN THE USER ACCESS
