Sir/Madam,
I opened an *** account * months before and immediately it was frozen.
I have done online KYC, home KYC, full KYC but still,l my account is showing frozen and blocked.
I have visited the branch *** times but still no resolution. The reason they tell is a signature mismatch. But I have submitted all signature documents like passport and Pan and others.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
