Net Meds - Account debited and not being refunded

I had purchased some medicines for me and my wife on **/**/**** from NetMeds.com for amount ****.**. I had completed the transaction successfully and the amount has been debited from my account, but NetMeds says that they have not received it and they are clueless of any refund procedure. I tried to contact them several times through phone/email but they keep on saying or sending the same thing again and again. I had made the transaction on NetMeds website and they are responsible for refunding the amount. Regd email on NetMeds-lucky**in@gmail.com. Regd mob. **********. Order ID-NMS*************W. Attaching trail email from NetMeds. My Bank Statement & transaction success email from the bank.
