On **/**/**, my account was suddenly frozen for both debit and credit transactions. I immediately contacted customer support and was asked to submit:

I promptly provided all the required documents along with a self-declaration letter. My case was registered under Case ID: ********. However, even after two days, I have received no response or resolution, and my account is still blocked.
This situation has caused me great hardship as the funds were arranged through personal borrowings for my wife’s medical treatment during her pregnancy. Despite repeated follow-ups, I am not getting timely assistance.
I am requesting Airtel Payments Bank and concerned authorities to kindly look into my case urgently and unblock my account, as this is causing unnecessary stress and financial difficulties.
