Skrill - Account closed on baseless grounds
Shashidhar Chitlapalli filed complaint against Skrill on Apr 8, 2021
I opened Skrill account recently and added fund of INR **** from my own account. When I tried to withdraw my money Skrill asked me to verify my identity. I submitted my bank statement from which Skrill payment was made along with my passport copy.
Now they say they have reasonable grounds to close my account permanently and charge all my balance as administration fee.
I asked them to mention the grounds which proves me a fraud or terrorist but they did not disclose.
I haven't done a single transaction except that I loaded money into skrill from my account.
Please help me to recover my money from them and make others aware of their fraud.
