I had a fampay account and used it regularly. Suddenly one day it showed "your account is blocked for **hours for violating our policies" I mailed to fampay support but no reply came. I made a new account just to complain to them via their chat service. Every agent us asking me to wait more ** hours, It has been **-** days but nothing is resolved. I had *** in savings account and another *** in fampay wallet (total approx. ***rs)
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
