Meesho aap - Account blocked and hence all returned item pick up cancelled by them

I have purchased various products from Meesho and when they arrive i did not like the fit etc. I have raised the return request and as soon as i raised them they blocked my account which barred me from making any return request. They have taken all my rights to even access my account. i am feeling so helpless to even reach out to Meesho Team as no one is responding or resolving. How can i keep the products if they are not of good quality or fitting. Please find the email as well which i have sent to meesho team.
