Meesho - Account blocked

Ordered a product costing *** from meesho app the day i got delivered the product which is * may **** they blocked my account after i recived my product no notification no email nothing was sent to me, when i called at meesho help center the reason they are giving that you have returned products sometimes so we are flagging your account cause it doesn't meet our terms and conditions. And now we won't refund your amount and even if your account wasn't flagged we would have not have you you're refund as your account doesn't match our terms and conditions. And the surprising thing is they think my account is not proper after i ordered a product of ***rs till then when i was ordering product costing less which is ***, *** then they did nothing but the moment i ordered a costlier product they immediately blacked my account and sent a product which is not worth the price and is available at half the price which is *** rs on other apps such as myntra, Flipkart (same brand same product ). They are just saying we can't do anything if they thought my account wasn't proper then why did they not blacked my account before i ordered the product or they could have cancelled my order but they delivered my order and then they blocked knowing that the product isn't worthy and can be returned so blocking my account will be beneficial for them the only thing they are saying is it's company policy. And if my account is blocked without any notification then how come they send messages that your order has been shipped it will be delivered but they don't notify you before blocking your account.
