I have been a loyal customer and always followed the policies set by your platform, including the *-day return policy clearly mentioned for products. However, my account has been blocked on the grounds that I have returned a significant number of goods.
I would like to emphasize that my returns were within the guidelines of the *-day return policy, which Meesho itself promotes as a customer-friendly feature. If the return policy was provided, I was under the assumption that I could return the products without facing any consequences, especially if they did not meet my expectations in terms of quality or description.
Blocking my account due to the number of returns, without any prior warning or communication regarding excessive returns, is not only unfair but also creates inconvenience. I request you to provide a clear explanation for this action and reconsider the decision to block my account.
I believe that as a customer, I have the right to utilize the return policy as advertised, and I trust that Meesho values customer satisfaction. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.
