Everest Fleet owned car, commercial taxi no. TN**DE****, was operated by inexperienced Driver without a valid badge to operate commercial taxi, caused an accident to my car. Damage to my car was to an extent of **,***INR. FIR is registered with Police Station and Section *** is charged on the Driver for negligent driving. But Victim had to pay INR**,*** for the damage caused by this driver
