Brought Dreame Robot mop/vac through Amazon online, though the Robot is working but after certain period of use we need to replace consumables like dust bags/roller brushes/mop pads etc but regrettably the company has no stock of vital accessories available to purchase and they have been only promising/assuring of parts since last *-*months but not available.as a result my Robot is unusable
