snoworld Ac services - AC repair services complaint

on may ** i called snow world ac repair to repair one of my AC, one technician came he fixed my AC and charged us ****rs and also told us you have * months warrenty so we will fix if any issue happened, within a week it got repaired again ,so i called him , he told me that he will come but he didnt appear that day, next day also called him he said he will come but again he didnt appeared that day, daily i was calling him ..but he say some execuses daily . its been a more than a week i got no support from them and i had enough so i just want my refund
