Aditya Vision Private Limited - AC purchased but no service received

I purchased AC worth ***** from Aditya Vision, Bettiah, Bihar on ** Aug ****. I got a warranty of *year from the store. I raised a complaint ** days back to resolve it, yet I have not received any response from them. They keep saying it will be done in * days time but it never seems to end. While purchasing the product they assured to help us with any problem that might arise and now they treat us like we’re asking for something that isn’t our right.

This is so wrong on their part. They really don’t care about their customers and are only into sales.
