Farhan Motiwala filed complaint against Panasonic India Pvt Ltd on May 14, 2022
I registered for routine preventive maintenance service and the technician visited and did the service and after the service, they damaged both the indoor and outdoor ac pcb and they are not taking responsibility for the damages done. My ac functioning well and now because of their faults, the ac is not in working mode. Now they asked me to pay the charges for the pcb or else there is no use of this ac.
