I purchased the AC from Flipkart and it was a *.* ton * star AC. The product had issues and stopped working. I raised a service complaint and they said it’s the indoor motor problem and replaced it. Still it was not working. Then another set off people came and said the PCB board has to be replaced, remember the AC was just ** days old when it was not working. I have been following up and waiting for a response and there is No assistance provided. I would kindly request to either get the replacement done or give me my money back.
