I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of customer support I have received regarding my recent complaint about my malfunctioning AC unit. For the past *-* days, my AC has not been working properly, and despite my repeated attempts to reach out to your customer support team, I have encountered nothing but frustration.
Every time I call, I am told that the system is slow and unable to fetch my details, which is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. especially when it pertains to a basic necessity like cooling during the summer months.
However, the lackadaisical response from your customer support team has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and inconvenienced. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that your customer support processes are streamlined and efficient.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
