HITACHI A.C - AC not working

Complaint was filed on **.**.**** regarding service of Two AC and break down of one AC, vide complaint Nos.************ and ***********. The AC is within warranty period. The complaint with regard to break down of AC has yet not been done, it is still not working. The technician also visited he told us that its machine is to be replaced, but till date it is not replaced. It is requested that it may please be given priority.
