Identification of problem of split AC and repair work (within warranty period) is pending for more than *** days since my online request for service on **th March, ****. After ** days of my booking request, the technician of M/s. Cool Point (Franchisee of Lloyd) visited and initially identified the compressor problem, Technician confirmed that the replacement of the compressor will be done in * -* days. They took out the AC and returned back after ** days in a damaged condition. They stated that probably there was electric circuit problem and now it will be installed. However, the outdoor damaged by M/s. Cool Point at their workshop is yet to be installed since then. In spite of many follow ups to their Customer Care over phone, WhatsApp and emails, none of them have attended till date. In fact, I called up their customer care no. almost every alternate day and informed them for resolution but still the problem is unresolved.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
