Hitachi A.c. Tata Cliq - AC not properly installed

Hi Team,

I have purchased a Hitachi product after a careful research in relation to the product and services but the kind of service I got was pathetic. I am sorry if I sound rude but this is how I feel right now after purchasing your product. I purchased this in the month of April and got installation scheduled for **th of April. Till date the AC is not fully installed by the technician and now I am getting tired and frustrated speaking to technician. I am speaking to one of the service in charge based in Green park New Delhi named Pooja who arranged for a technician visit today but still the AC is not fully/properly installed. I bought split AC and its output unit is installed with * screws which is a risk for us. The output is hanging out and there is a greater risk of people going by the road or our neighbour's as a matter of fact. The technician visited today took * hours to install a stabilizer which should not be the case and he damaged walls and bed. I am seriously looking for a resolution and a courtesy call back from your company to resolve this matter. As a matter of fact I also did not received a feedback for the installation. Kindly look into this and I will keep writing like this till the time the issue is not resolved as it is creating a greater risk and threat to life and we unable to appliance due to this. The loss accumulates to **** as both the times they damaged walls and bed.
