O GENERAL AC (WINDOW 2 TON) - Ac not cooling properly

I have purchased an ac (ogeneral window-* ton) before * months. Ac cooling is very low like a cooler. I have a complaint in customer care of ogeneral ac. After * complaints the engineer came and he said ac is working properly and closed the complaint without my permission. There is two ac in my office. But the ogeneral response is very poor. After that, I have complaint many times but no response from the company side. The complaint is closed automatically without attend. I can't understand what should I do. Please help me.
