HITACHI A.C - AC is not working

Bank of Baroda filed complaint against HITACHI A.C on Jun 23, 2019

Branch have bought Hitachi window AC (*.* TR) on Oct ****, Since then many times I had registered complaints, as follows :
*. ***********, ***********, ***********, ***********, ***********, *********** dated **.**.** got closed without any communication
*. *********** dated **.**.** got closed without any communication
*. *********** dated **.**.** also got closed with any communication
*. *********** dated **.**.** got closed with any communication.
*. *********** dated **.**.** got closed with any communication.
*. *********** dated **.**.** No communication.
*. *********** dated **.**.** no progress till date.
How many complaints you are looking for ??????????????
You guys are not bothering to Brand Image of Hitachi.
I talk to many time to the service center of Alllahabad over Mo. Mr. Shakti ( **********), Mr Amit (**********), Mr Avinash (**********) and several nos. of engineers. But could not resolve the problem till date.
After gap of more than *-* days and repeated request to Hitachi Customer Care as mentioned above still never know how many times i have to follow up with you guys.
Very much disappointed.
These are the after sales service standard of well known brand i.e. Hitachi. If there is any part replacement, then as a customer, we have to forgot for entire season that Hitachi will be able to replace those parts.
Now, I have only one option to move consumer court with claim penalty.
