HITACHI A.C - AC is damaged by Service Man during Repair

I bought a split AC if *.* ton from Hitachi & all the Service during In Warrenty was god. After my warrenty got expired, I faced issue with my wind swing flap & display lights were damaged. I called customer care. There charged me *** rs per visit The service men who came has an very poor knowledge on handling thing. He was on call with some senior to open & try to repair.. But the problem is the display module which was fitted was wrong & because of this, my remote control module got damage . Now if i complaint care, they are creating another ticket & service msn is saying to replace the whole circuit which is damaged because of wrong product & careless handling...
