I have ordered AC via Flipkart and it is delivered on ** Apr ****. The AC installation process is pending for * days and no technician has been assigned or no calls from installation team yet. The customer support team is not able to provide solution as the shared contact numbers are not reachable. I'm unable to reach to senior management to escalate the issue. The ticket id created via support team is ******** where i could not see any status update. What is the issue is assigning a technician or why the customer is not notified about the delay?
