Rapido bike - Abuse and irresponsible rapido driver

Dear, rapido team. Hope you are doing well. I have to share one experience with you which happened today after **:** PM. I book a ride from Sector - **D CHD to Singha Devi, Nayagaon, PB the total amount is Rs. ** after few minutes the driver named as Mr. Deepak Kumar Bike no. CH**CF**** ( CD *** dream) call me and said " where you want to go, i said sigha devi l, nayagaon, he said can you give me the amont in cash i said i already added money in my rapido wallet, he said sorry I won't come then i said okay no problem please cancel the ride, i said why i cancel the ride you have cancel the ride it's your problem you don't want to go, after several calld he pickup the call and abuse me, then i called them he don't even cancel the ride although he pickup up the call and said " ** west khada hoon, aaja jo karna hai karle " till now he didn't accept the ride. I called my friends they droped me to my home.

See team rapido i need a apology from him. By tomorrow, if this will not happen i will lodge a complaint against him, and against you guys if you don't take any action.
