ACKLEYTHE NEW FACE OF EDUCATION SURAT - Abroad job scam

I lost my business and was unemployed since March **** lockdown, after that I was continuously searching job in which I got call from ACKLEY-THE NEW FACE OF EDUCATION, address is ***-SNS AXIS Building, Besides Mahavir Hospital, Nanpura, Surat, Gujarat ****** and they told me that job is available at Canada and I have to pay the service charges after reaching there. But initial I have to pay some assessment fees ****/- plus processing charges ****/- and I have to get a French language training certificate. So after paying processing charges they asked me to get a French language training certificate. I asked them what if I will apply for French language training certificate after getting CSQ (CSQ – Québec Selection Certificate). They told me that your file will be delayed.
But when I contacted them before few days they told me that your file is stopped so I asked how can you stopped the file without any intimation to me. I have all the phone recording, fee receipts. Now they are ignoring my call.
