ABPweddings - ABPweddings misselling

I registered on ABPweddings for marriage purposes. Shortly after, I received multiple calls from their sales team encouraging me to purchase a package worth ₹*,***, which would allow me to contact other users. Based on their assurance, I purchased the
package.

After about a week, another sales representative contacted me and suggested upgrading to the “Ghatak” service. She explained that under this service, she would personally contact potential matches on my behalf, since in my existing package I could not view contact details unless the other person accepted my request.

Initially, I declined. However, she persistently followed up through multiple phone calls and WhatsApp messages—more than *–* times within two days—eventually convincing me.

She sent me an invoice, but the service mentioned in the invoice did not state that a representative would contact people on my behalf. When I questioned this, she assured me verbally that this feature was included.

I think on (**th March), around ** profiles suddenly appeared to have accepted my contact requests. On the next day, she informed me that my profile had been “highlighted,” which is why these requests were accepted, and again persuaded me to purchase another package worth ₹*,***, claiming once I made the payment, she would contact these individuals on my behalf. In this way convincing me to pay ₹*,***.

Since then, I have received no meaningful update from her. When I personally tried contacting some of these profiles, I discovered alarming discrepancies: Some
individuals stated they had been married for years and had already deleted their profiles from ABPweddings.
and explicitly mentioned that she deleted her profile.

I filed a complaint against the person in NCH who sold me the package on **th March itself, because the package was sold to me saying that it’s a representative service package.

Then on April *th someone else called me from ABPweddings. I told her about the issue and she
told me to send my complain to care@abpweddings.com.

So, I file the complaint there with documents. I got a call from then on (I think on **rd April) where they asked me what I want from them. I informed them that I want the money back.

On **th April I got an email asking for some time when they can call me and resolve the issue. I gave then the time etc. But I have not received any call from the ABP-complain resolution team at that time.

Today I checked that the NCH complain is automatically disposed after ** days of no action. I sent follow up email to care@ABPweddings. But don't get any resolution yet. That is why I am filing the complaint here if you can help me to recover the money.
