Ramesh naidu rajaneni filed complaint against Paytm postpaid or google play on May 9, 2023
I had taken a loan of ***** from paytm postpaid and paid ***** including late fee ….The main issue is I sent multiple payments which was total ***** (*****+ *****)by mistake….so I contacted coustomer care and I spoke to concernd manager they are saying tomorrow or dayafter like that but it’s been more than * months upto now didn’t received my refund of ***** please resolve this issue
