Quikr. Com - About my refund from quikr

Iam ordered one product on quikr with **** on **th Jan **** but that was cancelled by the seller ,the quikr agent called me informed me about cancellation yes iam also accepted and told refund my money to my account .the agent said sir it takes * to * working days like this..from **th Jan to now **jan still I didn't receive any refund ,from past ** days iam try to contacting the customer support but didn't responding to me.very irritating customer service I never seen from any website..they are careless after getting payment my ad ID *********
Plz solve my issue and send Money back
