Kissht Loan Application - About my overdue after make full payment

Dear sir, kissht application is cheating me. Firat of all maine application se **st march ko **** rupess ka instant loan liya jisko pay karne ke liye mujhe ** days ka repayment options diya gaya than, mujhe *th april ko Kissht application k department se ek medam ka call aaya ki sir aapko aaj loan amount pay karna he. Maine unko bola ma'am me abhi pay Nahi kar paaunga Lock Down ki wajah se to mujhe medam ne bola sir agar aap abhi pura pay nahi kar sakte ho to aap abhi **% matlab ***.** pay kar dijiye. Jissye apka civil score down nahi hoga or ** days ka extra time mil jayega fir maine mdeam ko bola ki ma'am agar me ye **% pay ke deta hu to mujhe after ** days **% matlab ****.** pay karna padenge na..to medam ne bola han sir apko after ** days matlav **th april ko ****.** pay karna padenge...or maine **th paril ko ****.** pay bhi kar diye he but, mujhe abhi bhi application me ***.** paise show kar raha he or abhi me full loan amount **** pay kar chuka hu fir bhi mujhe toucher kiya jaa rha he messages or call se or abhi ***.** rupay par ye log penalty laga rahe he....i can't pay More amount jo mujhe pay nahi karna chahiye.
