Dear Sir/Madam,
Last Oct **** i have purchased one new coolpad brand mobile. And it will covered by one year warranty. That mobile was repaired within end of warranty period. I give service center into that mobile. Those peoples not give response more then ** days. At the time of service center staff give assurance to handover to my product within **days. The authorized service center name was **steps Network chengalpattu. Still now i didn't get my mobile. I have lost my best opportunity without my phone. Please kindly get my compensation as soon as possible..
