Sur i have applied for bsnl phone connection through vendor and security of Rs ***.** has been submitted with aadhar card.but deptt has not yet given me connection, so I have submitted application not to provide me phone or disconnect my phone which is not installed upto date,but deptt have stated billing for my phone which is never installed at my home and the billing amount i received Rs. ****.** sir I have mental stress and dur to harassment my health was not good I m taking medicines. I request honorable court to solve my problem and give me justice.I shall be thankful to you
