This is Ravi kant who booked a flight of gulf airlines on *march **** through goibibo and due to corona pademic flights were cancelled and i also requested on site to cancel my booking and refund my amount but they refuses to repay and also sent me a ticket confirmation message even after my cancellation process just before * hours of the day i booked and google said that flights had been cancelled ..i called several times but the customer services are wrost . I am really worried about the money i spended . Please help me
