It has been two weeks since the refund is pending, which was supposed to happen in ** to ** hours. The customer care number is on wait for an hour and is going unanswered. I am beginning to think about whether this is a legal agency or a fraud one and whether I am getting my money back.
Get the refund done or I will have to mail the higher authorities.
