Prolife Hospital - Abnormal laboratory results

Here is my 'worst experience' with “Prolife hospital, Hyderabad, Manikonda”. Please read this.
I have consulted the doctor here on **-Sep-**** due to fever. The doctor had ordered some blood tests including malaria, typhoid, and dengue. The tests were performed on the same day and I received two different kinds of results for Malaria on the next day.
One report showed the result of Malaria as Positive and Negative (Being a life science student this is the first time I heard that a person can be both positive and negative).
When I inquired about the same, they have given me another report it showed Negative for Malaria (re-test was also conducted).
Because of this, I doubted whether I was positive or negative for malaria, so I have given the blood sample in another laboratory (results are awaited).
They can simply deny us it as a small printing mistake/ oversight error (that too with the signature of a Pathologist and lab in-charge) but for us, it’s a life of someone else. Your small printing mistake can cost us everything.
What if a normal healthy person gets positive for HIV test and commits suicide because of that who is responsible for it?? Still, can you claim it as a printing error??

What if a malaria-affected person gets negative and left untreated who is responsible for it?
It seems like a small printing error but for public it’s serious medical malpractice and clear laxity towards the public health.

I hope you consider this as a serious issue. Just think if some uneducated person gets treatment from this hospital what will happen?
