Legal Complaint Against Aakash Educational Services & Aasha Hostel for Non-Refund of Security Deposit (₹**,***) and Financial Fraud

​I am filing this formal complaint to seek immediate legal intervention regarding a severe case of financial fraud, mental harassment, and illegal withholding of my security deposit by Aakash Educational Services Limited (Janakpuri Branch, Delhi) Engineering wing and their officially affiliated accommodation partner, Aasha Hostel (Aasha Living Private Limited).

​False Commitments during Admission: At the time of my admission, Aakash management facilitated my accommodation at their affiliated facility, Aasha Hostel. The General Manager (GM), Mr. Baljit Singh, explicitly assured my father and me that the security deposit of ₹**,*** would be refunded IMMEDIATELY into our bank account as soon as I vacated the room. No prospectus or hidden conditions regarding any delayed refund timeline were shared or signed.
​Vacating the Premises: I officially cleared all my academic and hostel dues in advance time * time i have all recipts& gst bills with completed mark Aakash status on all platformsas well as for hostel i have all recipts, completed all necessary check-out formalities, and vacated, on leaving time Warden tell me they give refund in few days its being * months no refund processed. ​It has been a prolonged period since I left the premises, but my hard-earned money has not been refunded. When I demanded my money, the General Manager (GM) flatly refused, falsely claiming that refunds would only be processed after August **, ****, citing an unnotified prospectus.
​I have repeatedly followed up with the management and hostel staff, including the Warden and the Guard (Mr. Devram Pal), but the entire management, including the GM, is actively denying my refund and ignoring my rightful claims.
Since the hostel was directly marketed and provided to me by Aakash Institute, I raised an internal support ticket with them. Shockingly, Aakash Institute CLOSED my ticket without my consent and without releasing my payment, proving their complicity in this financial scam.

This act of holding a student's money illegally for months constitutes a Criminal Breach of Trust (Section *** of BNS), Cheating (Section *** of BNS), and a gross Deficiency of Service under the Consumer Protection Act.

I demand the immediate release of my full security money of ₹**,*** along with interest for the delayed period and compensation for the immense mental agony caused to me and my family.
