Have a savings bank account with Canara Bank Madhyamgram Branch, Kolkata.
I asked the branch to link my aadhaar number with NPCI Mapper so that I can receive the DBT and Government subsidies. I submitted the NPCI Mapper form with LPG ID and other relevant documents.
They link the aadhaar number with my account but didn't link with NPCI. Upon questioning them they provided false and forged information that they have updated with NPCI but in reality, it wasn't. Now they are saying that they don't have this facility at their branch. I have been asked to go to another branch, which is ** km away.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
