Preeti Tiwari filed complaint against Irya Gotapatti Cotton Suit Set on Aug 21, 2025
I placed an order with Aachho on **-Aug-**** for the Irya Gotapatti Cotton Suit Set (Order ID: ******) using my correct shipping address and email. However, the mobile number was mistakenly entered during checkout. Despite this, all other details (address, name, payment) are accurate.
I received a delivery confirmation email from Aachho, but the parcel was NOT received at my address. I have not signed for, nor physically accepted, any package.
I immediately contacted Aachho customer support by email and submitted several support tickets (Ticket ID: ACH*****). Unfortunately, the only responses I have received are generic replies telling me to raise more tickets or to contact them using the registered mobile number, which I cannot do since it was entered incorrectly. The ticket remains stuck at "Pending" without resolution.

Actions Taken So Far:
Raised multiple support tickets via Aachho’s official support page (latest ticket: ACH***** / status: "Pending")
Emailed Aachho customer support several times (support@aachho.com) with all required proofs
Requested delivery proof and/or courier receipt, but received only template replies
Explicitly explained the mobile number entry error, but Aachho refuses to accommodate or investigate using my email/order ID/address
Relief Sought:
Immediate investigation and proper proof of delivery (recipient’s name, delivery slip, or photograph)
Full refund or reshipment of my order if package was delivered to the wrong recipient or not delivered at all
Accountability from Aachho for lack of customer support and repeated non-responsiveness
Assurance that future communications can proceed via verified email if the registered phone is incorrect
Request for Assistance:
I am seeking the help of Voxya/consumer authorities because all reasonable attempts to resolve this with the company have failed. Aachho’s failure to resolve my complaint, investigate the delivery, or provide customer service has resulted in both monetary and product loss.
Please intervene to obtain justice under applicable consumer protection laws.
