INTIME service - a scam company with no response after taking money

We used this website to hire a washing machine repair technician. They sent a guy named Abid Shaik (phone number +**********), who came and mentioned that the washine machine timer has to be replaced.
He replaced it with old faulty equipment and charged us **** rs, and in addition service charge for *** Rs , labour set for *** Rs, for a total of **** Rs. The washing machine was still faulty and then we contacted his manager Mahek (phone number **********) who mentioned that he will refund the money but then there was no response.
It's been more than two weeks and the company is blocking us and not responding to our calls. The name of the website is INTIME service, located at #***, *th Main,*st floor, East of NGEF Layout, Kasturi nagar, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka ****** and with phone number **** *** ****.

They have done the same thing with many other consumers. They are definitely a fraud company and it would be great if you can help us in this regard. we also have the mobile communication screenshots with this person along with the invoice provided.
