My product has not been working, actually due to my mistake my earbuds are a little damaged. Hence, I tried to avail replacement warranty but the earbuds were returned to me saying that "We found the received product to be Damaged Product and hence your claim has been rejected".
Please tell me that whats the point of warranty when you cannot help a customer with a damaged product? I had purchased this product not more than * months ago (which is well under warranty period).
Please give me my refund or replace my product. Dissatisfied to say the least.
