I ordered a book from an online site called Urdu Bazaar. They shipped me a malfunctioned copy. When i checked it and immediately put a mail to their support desk, there was no response. Also there was no response when called to their helpline number.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
