Parimatch com - 9800 deposited not reflecting on my betting account

I deposited **** on *th may **** *.** pm . It has not reflected in my betting account since * days now . They gave me a upi mbtraders@rbl to make payment on .I did that payment on mbtraders@rbl. I am not getting a proper response from them
