One link collection - 9 days delay in delivery Package not delivered

I ordered pillows, which was expected to be delivered by ** th February ****.It's been * days and still not received.I seeked the help of help centre, but their approach to this issue was disappointing. They were giving excuse of three attempted deliveries.But the truth is the delivery person never attempted as it's big and it is a loss for them(which he himself agreed while doing other deliveries). But worst part is help centre which should provide help stating they are helpless.I am very disappointed. This is the first time I'm experiencing something like this from meesho. Please do the needful.
