Indiabulls Dhani - 825 Rs security deposite amount not refunded after closed my account

I opened Dhani account and closed it within a month without using it.Because its not woth of it even thier service.
Before cosing my account I called customer service and asked about deposed money they told they will return once account is closed. hence I wrote mail to closoure of account. Now if I called the CC they telling that the amount is not refundable. This is not Indiabulls company its bulshit company. who is cheating hiding all theier T&C and no transferency in that.
I want my *** Rs back or else I file complaint in RBI
