After buying your cameras shelling out **,*** INR in March ****, today I am confidently writing that ** Secure AI company has straight away breached your professional approach and cheated a consumer like me. There has been glitch identified by your technical person who visited my home on **/*/**** and was clearly said that two camera which has to be replaced and today morning your office staff Ms. Rebecca calls me and says only refurbished camera would be installed and not a new camera and if not interested we shall refund the amount which clearly shows that your company lags in giving technical solution and also gives a primary doubt that the cameras are china make and you are just fooling us with charging very high price with selling false claims. November **** suddenly the camera stopped working and their App just crashed and from that day onwards there has been no response and also the replacement cameras which has been given are also sub-standard and not working properly due to which I have lost all the purpose for which the cameras were installed. Company confirmed that by Jan **st they would be active and would refund my amount but till now there has been no effort in refunding the amount.
