: Request for Refund: Unauthorized AutoPay Deduction of ₹*** - [**********]Dear Zupee Support Team,I am writing to bring to your immediate attention an unauthorized debit from my bank account via the AutoPay feature on your platform.On [**/*/****], an amount of ₹*** was automatically debited from my account without my knowledge or explicit manual consent for this specific transaction. I was completely unaware that an AutoPay mandate had been activated for the Zupee app.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
