Hello team,

This is Md Amer one of the customer of royal Oak. As I complained earlier regarding my wardrobe issue which are damaged and your team asked me to make the payment first to fix it. Assalamualaikum requested I made the payment and it's been more than one week yet no one came to fix it. And Ramya the person who spoke to me and I made a payment to her is no responding to my calls since yesterday and now her mobile is off. I want to escalate this issue. I will make sure this will go to social media and consumer court as your service is pathetic and your items which I purchased for ***** is worthless and useless. Your wardrobes can't even take the weight of my light weighted clothes and all the selves are damaged and broken. Now even the manager of the service team and some other associates are getting rude with us. I am attaching the pictures of the wardrobe and the payment I made.
