I did not get service still regarding my complaint for **inch led tv to replace the faulty part. As per technician confirmation faulty parts request has been approved on **th Dec **** regarding ** inch led tv.
Can you let me know when will get the part and tv problem will be fix.
Videocon Technician visited on **th Dec **** and confirmed the faulty parts will be replace but i didn't get still. I paid ***/- charges to your technician.
I attached the booking job card also to visit Videocon technician.
Please let me know time line to fix the led problem, already ** days have gone.
